Transcendence popular summer shows at Jack London State Historic Park are wrapped up for holidays at Luther Burbank Center in Santa Rosa, California

Top national headliners and more than 100 shows, celebrity podcasts, and industry panels will animate three Burbank venues including Flappers Comedy Club, L.A. Connection Comedy Theater, and Hilton Garden Inn Burbank Downtown during the 4th Annual Burbank Comedy Festival from Sunday, August 13 to Saturday, August 19, 2017. Florida Grand Opera will host its 75th Anniversary Gala on Saturday, November 12, 2016 at 8:30 PM at the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts of Miami-Dade County. The gala will benefit FGO's future productions, education and outreach initiatives. These programs include free access to opera education for at-risk youth and intensive training for young opera singers as they enter the first phase of their careers.

Theatre Arts Center New York (Robert Laconi, Executive Director), New York's premiere theatrical summer training program for young artists, celebrates a major milestone:  15 years of producing and training students in acting, musical theater, and dance in New York City. 

In this third year, PUBLIC STUDIO will present PRETTY HUNGER by Public Theater Emerging Writers Group alumna Patricia Ione Lloyd, directed by Martha Banta, running March 10 through March 19. The second show, TEENAGE DICK by Mike Lew, will be directed by Moritz von Stuelpnagel and run March 24 through April 2.
