PENNY ARCADE B!D!F!W! Transfers to The Old Vic Tunnels, Aug 8

Following a successful run at the Arcola Tent in Dalston this summer, the producers of Penny Arcade's B!D!F!W! (Bitch! Dyke! Faghag! Whore!) are thrilled to announce a new collaboration with The Old Vic Tunnels, where the show will run for 18 performances only from 8 August - 1 September 2012 with a press night on 10 August.

Broadway Records to Record New Concept Album of JEKYLL & HYDE; BWW to Host Liner Notes Essay Contest!

BroadwayWorld.com and Broadway Records are co-sponsoring a liner notes essay contest for the new Jekyll & Hyde studio concept recording. Fans will have the opportunity to submit a 250 to 500 word essay for consideration. Five finalists will be chosen by the staff of BroadwayWorld.com in consultation with Broadway Records. Frank Wildhorn, Constantine Maroulis and Broadway Records will select the Grand Prize Winner who will have his or her liner notes essay will be included in the upcoming recording.

The Peterborough Players will celebrate Independence Day with the opening of the musical I Do! I Do!, which runs from July 4 - 15, 2012. Tickets for the special July 4th holiday performance are 2 for $40. Tickets for the Saturday, July 7, performance are $25 for anyone 35 years old or younger (ID required).For other performances, tickets are $37 except for Saturdays, $39.

John Davidson, the celebrated television, theater and film actor who starred as Matt in the 1964 Hallmark Hall of Fame version of THE FANTASTICKS and recently performed for a limited engagement in the Off-Broadway production as Henry, The Old Actor, will return to the cast on July 30 in that same role.
