ABOUT FACE: SUPERMODELS THEN AND NOW explores the lives and careers of legendary models, highlighting the complex relationship between physical appearance and the business of beauty when it debuts MONDAY, JULY 3.

HBO Documentary Films heats up the summer with thought-provoking new films on Monday nights, kicking off a new seven-week series MONDAY, JUNE 18, exclusively on HBO.

Sundance Institute announced today the films selected to screen in the out-of-competition Premieres and Documentary Premieres sections of the 2012 Sundance Film Festival. Included in this year's line-up is Price Check, featuring Cheyenne Jackson, Parker Posey, and Annie Parisse.The Festival will be held January 19 through 29 in Park City, Salt Lake City, Ogden and Sundance, Utah. During September and October the Brooklyn Museum will present a variety of public programs for adults, including a conversation with artist Sanford Biggers, award-winning chef Marcus Samuelsson, and hip-hop artist Mos Def; a taping of the television program Cooking with GalleryBeat; a performance by acclaimed soul-jazz vocalist Somi; and Thursdays @ 7, a series of engaging adult programs that takes place every Thursday evening.

Photographer Martha Swope, recipient of the 2004 Tony Award for Excellence in Theatre, will be honored by The Humane Society of New York on Tuesday, April 27 at a Benefit Photography Auction at the DVF Studio, 440 West 14th Street, from 6-9 pm. Swope will be honored with an exhibit of her work taken while she was official photographer for the New York City Ballet, Martha Graham Dance Company, Dance Theatre of Harlem, and Broadway. Her images include legends such as Baryshnikov, Jerome Robbins, Balanchine, Suzanne Farrell, and Liza Minnelli.
