The newly formed J2 Spotlight Musical Theater Company (Jim Jimirro, Executive Producer/Co-Founder; Robert W. Schneider, Artistic Director/Co-Founder) has announced the cast and creative team for the second of the three productions in the company's inaugural 2020 season: the 1962 hit musical, No Strings, with book by Samuel Taylor, and music and lyrics by Richard Rodgers.

Recently Broadway Sessions welcomed the cast of the hilarious new musical web series WISCO QUEENS. Our audience enjoyed sneak peeks of the series on the big screen as well as performances from the talented cast. The Saugatuck Center for the Arts' Mason Street Warehouse (400 Culver Street) kicks off its professional summer theatre season with the gritty glamour and glitz of Cabaret. This updated version of the popular Broadway production opens at the Saugatuck Center for the Arts tonight, June 26 at 8:00p.m. and runs through Sunday, July 12.

BMI Lehman Engel Musical Theatre Workshop announces the biannual Showcase of new songs from Workshop writers.

Under the mentorship of Tony Award-winning composer/lyricist William Finn, Barrington Stage Company will present a new musical, The Burnt Part Boys, the inaugural production of its new Musical Theatre Lab. The show will be presented June 21 through July 9,
