The Onomatopoeia Theatre Company is presenting the New York City premiere of “The Man Who Shot Liberty Valance” this July at the Gene Frankel Theatre.

Sugar Ray by Laurence Holder will have its theatrical premiere January 6 to 23, 2022 at Gene Frankel Theatre, 24 Bond Street, presented by 24 Bond Arts Center in association with Faith Steps Productions and performed by AUDELCO-winner Reginald L. Wilson.  The theater's playing area will be transformed into a boxing ring for the production.

Do you want to play a game? Well Shakespeare's faeries and mystical creatures are upset because last year The Onomatopoeia Theatre Company only produced one show and it wasn't even a comedy! To make up for this, they are magically forcing four of mortal actors from NYC to play a chaotic game where they must perform the roles of the Four Lovers and the Rude Mechanicals from 'A Midsummer Night's Dream'! Thomas G. Waites' rocking adaptation of one of Shakespeare's rarely-performed comedies will play its final three performances this weekend. The hippie lovefest of this re-worked Love's Labour's Lost continues at the Gene Frankel Theatre (24 Bond Street, between Lafayette and Bowery) from October 24-26 at 8pm. The production, featuring a cast full of bright young talent, is made possible with the generous support of The Jeff Hunter Charitable Trust.
