Friends Always Creating Theatre Presents IF THE PINK PUMP FITS at Thespis Festival, 8/7 - 8/10

FACT (Friends Always Creating Theatre) is participating in August with the Cabrini Repertory Theatre and their Thespis Festival with a one-act comedy, 'If the Pink Pump Fits' by Jack Dyville, Artistic Producing Director of FACT. Three performances are set for Thursday August 7 at 8:45pm, Friday August 8 at 6:15pm and Sunday August 10 at 9:30pm at Roy Arias Stage II, 300 West 43rd Street, 4th floor, in the heart of the theatre district, NYC.

New York Innovative Theatre Foundation Announces 2014 IT Awards Nominees

On Monday, July 21, 2014, The New York Innovative Theatre Foundation, the organization who for the past 10 years has been dedicated to celebrating Off-Off-Broadway, announced the 2014 nominees at its annual event. Celebrating ten years and thousands of nominees, the IT PARTY took place at XL Night Club, 512 West 42nd Street.

H2O, THE LYONS and THE HUMAN TERRAIN Set for 5th Wall Theatre's Inaugural Season

5th Wall Theatre, headed by Artistic Director Carol Piersol, announces a new theatre endeavor and 5th Wall's inaugural season. Following the December 2012 controversy of Ms. Piersol's departure from Firehouse Theatre Project, Ms. Piersol, along with 5th Wall's Associate Artistic Director, Billy Christopher Maupin, began producing shows in partnership with other Richmond flagship companies. Together they produced BREAST IN SHOW with Virginia Repertory Theatre, GIDION'S KNOT, presented at HATTheatre, RACE with African American Repertory Theatre, and PATTI ISSUES with Richmond Triangle Players.

Aurora Theatre assembles the best children's performers in the region, bringing them to Gwinnett County for the series Aurora Children's Playhouse. In the summertime the performance schedule moves to Wednesday with shows at 10 am and 11:30am beginning today, May 28 featuring five spectacular acts through June 25. Aurora Children's Playhouse: Summer Edition welcomes local families to attend, and offers special group rates for churches, camps and day cares to bus in groups.

"Mr. Chief Justice, may it please the court," is the opening every lawyer states before presenting oral arguments. When Arguendo at Woolly Mammoth Theatre keeps its focus on the oral arguments of Barnes v. Glen Theatre Inc., the show is praiseworthy on many levels. But when the Arguendo becomes distracted, it not only fails to please the court, it loses on appeal.
