Benise's The Spanish Guitar has been hailed as 'The Latin Riverdance!' A former street musician now a celebrated International guitarist, Benise (Buh-ness-say) and his Emmy award-winning Nights of Fire cast, perform The World Music & Dance Spectacular The Spanish Guitar at the Raymond F. Kravis Center for the Performing Arts on Sunday, November 6 at 7 p.m. in the Alexander W. Dreyfoos, Jr. Concert Hall.

On Tuesday, November 29, Carnegie Hall will present the New York premiere of a new Quintet by Ellen Taaffe Zwilich, a composer whose music is among the most-performed of that of any of her American colleagues, and who was the first person named to the Carnegie Hall Composer's Chair in 1995.

The Broadway League announced today the recipients of its sixteenth annual National Education Grants. These grants support innovative programs that enable students from coast to coast to experience touring Broadway as a form of artistic expression and as an educational tool.

The Raymond F. Kravis Center for the Performing Arts announced that single tickets for the national tour of the new musical THE ADDAMS FAMILY, based on the bizarre and beloved family of characters created by legendary cartoonist Charles Addams, will go on sale September 24th at 9AM. The first 100 people in line for THE ADDAMS FAMILY tickets will receive a free CD sampler from the show. A special 'Addams Family Photo Booth' will also be set up that day for some special, spooky fun. Ticket prices start at $25 and will be available at the Kravis Center box office 701 Okeechobee Boulevard in West Palm Beach, by visiting www.kravis.org, or by calling 561.832.7469 or 800.572.8471. The producers of the Tony Award® winning LA CAGE AUX FOLLES have announced that Palm Beach's favorite son George Hamilton will star in the new production that will run next year at the Raymond F. Kravis Center for the Performing Arts. The show was one of the Great White Way's biggest hit in 2010 and is coming here as part of the 2011-2012 Kravis On Broadway series.
