The West End transfer has been announced for the critically acclaimed production of Rodgers & Hammerstein's Oklahoma!, opening in February 2023 at Wyndham's Theatre, with dates and casting to be announced.

Baltimore Center Stage has announced the complete cast and creative team for Our Town. Written by Thornton Wilder and directed by Stevie Walker-Webb (The Folks at Home), Our Town begins performances on Thursday September 15 for a limited run through Sunday October 9.

Signature Theatre is presenting The Color Purple by Marsha Norman (book), Brenda Russell, Allee Willis, and Stephen Bray (music & lyrics) through October 9, 2022 in Signature's MAX Theatre. The Color Purple is directed by Timothy Douglas (Signature's Spunk, Portland Center Stage's The Color Purple), with Nova Y. Payton (Signature's After Midnight, Dreamgirls) starring as Celie.

Pulitzer Prize-nominated playwright Rebecca Gilman will mark her 10th production at Goodman Theatre, her longtime creative home, with Swing State—directed by Tony Award-winner Robert Falls in their 6th collaboration over 35 years. Swing State appears October 7 – November 13 in the 350-seat flexible Owen Theatre.

The Public Theater and Elevator Repair Service will kick off The Public’s 55th anniversary season with the New York premiere production of BALDWIN AND BUCKLEY AT CAMBRIDGE. Berkeley Repertory Theatre has announced casting for the world premiere production of the ripple, the wave that carried me home by Christina Anderson, directed by Jackson Gay, and produced in association with Goodman Theatre. 

Jonathan Groff will star as “Franklin” and Lindsay Mendez will star as “Mary” in Merrily We Roll Along at New York Theatre Workshop. Merrily We Roll Along features music & lyrics by Stephen Sondheim, and a book by George Furth. They join the previously announced Daniel Radcliffe, who will star as “Charley”.
