Full Cast and Creatives Announced for Yale Rep's THESE PAPER BULLETS!

YALE REPERTORY THEATRE presents the world premiere of THESE PAPER BULLETS!, a modish ripoff of William Shakespeare's Much Ado About Nothing, adapted by Rolin Jones, with songs by Billie Joe Armstrong, and directed by Jackson Gay, March 14-April 5 at the University Theatre (222 York Street). Opening Night is Thursday, March 20.

The Play Company (PlayCo) presents the U.S. premiere of I Call My Brothers, a bold new work about race, suspicion and identity by celebrated young Swedish writer Jonas Hassen Khemiri. Running today, January 22­-February 23 at the New Ohio Theatre (154 Christopher Street), the production continues PlayCo's relationship with both Khemiri and director Erica Schmidt, whose multiple collaborations with the company include the Obie-winning 2011 premiere of Khemiri's Invasion! With I Call My Brothers, Khemiri moves to even more powerful and personal terrain, spinning a bold story out of a tragic event and asking: 'What happens when we start to see ourselves as others see us?'

Eugene O'Neill Theater Center & Lark Play Development Center Hosts International Conference Today

The Eugene O'Neill Theater Center will co-host the first North American gathering of The Fence at its Waterford campus from January 20-22. The Fence is an international network for 'working playwrights and people who make playwriting happen,' and is interested promoting greater international collaboration between theater artists. In its tenth year, the network comprises over 200 members from 40 countries.

Directed by Davis McCallum (Water by the Spoonful, The Whale), this site-specific, solo performance by David Barlow (The Film Society, The Castle, and, with PlayCo in 2003, Smashing) unravels a guided tour through an empty office that becomes the unexpected portal to a forgotten New York, and a father's legacy.
