The Clear Space Theatre Company is in rehearsal for their next production - the area premiere of Avenue Q. The show, which won the 2004 Tony award for Best Original Score and Best Musical, opens in Rehoboth Beach Friday, May 2, and plays through May 18. Today the Smithsonian's National Portrait Gallery has installed a photograph of American entertainer Mickey Rooney with frequent co-star Judy Garland. The photograph was created by Harold E. Edgerton in 1939. It will be on view in a first-floor space that is designated for remembrance of recently deceased people represented in the museum's collection.
