After being developed at the 2013 Eugene O'Neill Cabaret Conference, Backstage Bistro award winner Justin Daniel returns to the NYC cabaret scene with his show officially alive. Performances are April 21 and 28, 7pm at the Duplex in NYC's Greenwich Village. $15 cover/2 drink minimum.

August Strindberg's 'To Damascus, Part 1' will be adapted to Harlem, 1962 in the next production of August Strindberg Repertory Theatre (www.strindberg.org). The play will be presented with a multi-racial cast today, April 18 to May 11 at the Gene Frankel Theatre, 24 Bond Street (East Village).

4@15: Four New Fifteen-Minute Musicals, performed in conjunction with University of California, Irvine, will commence performances Friday, April 18 and Saturday, April 19, for three performances only at the Playroom Theater. Tammy Holder serves as Music Director; Brian Blythe directs.

'NCIS: Los Angeles' star and Broadway veteran Barrett Foa (Mamma Mia!, Avenue Q, ...Spelling Bee) will begin performances as Alex More in the smash hit comedy Buyer & Cellar on Tuesday, May 27, 2014 at the Barrow Street Theatre (27 Barrow Street). For the past five seasons, Barrett Foa has co-starred opposite LL Cool J and Chris O'Donnell as tech geek Eric Beale on CBS' top-rated hit series 'NCIS: Los Angeles' which is currently the #2 show on television.

Singer/songwriter Ruth Carlin returns to the Laurie Beechman Theater this spring with an illuminating exploration of the eclectic repertoire of iconic folkie turned cabaret favorite, Judy Collins. 'A Light in the Window - Songs of Judy Collins.' Performances are May 17th at 7:30pm and June 12th at 7pm. When PATTI ISSUES opened off-Broadway in 2012, Ben Rimalower took to the Duplex stage to tell his own personal story-a story that's as fiercely emotional and heartrending as it is witty and entertaining. Nevertheless, it was his story to tell. With Carol Piersol and Richmond Triangle Players' production of the autobiographical off-Broadway success, acclaimed Richmond performer and director Billy Christopher Maupin dives into Rimalower's shoes, and it works, for the most part.

Mamma Mia's Gerard Salvador makes his solo concert debut at The Duplex in New York City. Gerard Salvador: Straight Up will run for two consecutive Sundays at the famed cabaret hot spot, beginning April 6th and returning April 13th, both at 7PM. In this brand new collision of mainstream pop and musical theatre, with direction by MAC Award winner Amy Wolk and musical direction by Steven Ray Watkins, Salvador will treat audiences to a funny, poignant and personal evening of songs and stories about growing up in Queens, attending the Fame school, and singing ABBA tunes 8 times a week in one of Broadway's biggest hits!

PAN ASIAN REPERTORY THEATRE continues its 37th Milestone Season with the New York premiere of FISHING FOR WIVES, a comic battle of the sexes written by Edward Sakamoto and directed by Ron Nakahara. The production will begin previews tonight, April 5, 2014 and run until April 27, 2014 at the Clurman Theatre at Theatre Row (410 W 42nd Street between 9th and Dyer). The official opening is on Thursday April 10th at 7:30PM.

After a sold-out run at NYC's Duplex Cabaret Theatre in 2013, the hit show Gay Camp will play a weekly run until April 25, 2014.
