New York Theatre Ballet announces the 2014-15 season, which will include a national tour and repertory performances at the 92nd Street Y (January 10-12, 2015), New York Live Arts (February 18-21, 2015) and Danspace (June 17-20, 2015). NYTB continues to maintain its association with the New York Pops at Carnegie Hall, and the Company's Once Upon A Ballet series for children will continue at Florence Gould Hall throughout the year. NYTB will also continue to offer its Free Ticket Program for families who are unable to afford to attend performances.
Chatterbox Audio Theater, Memphis's only web-based theater company, is proud to announce the release of its newest production: GRIMMS' FAIRY TALES. Performed live as part of the Memphis Children's Theatre Festival in May, this energetic, family-friendly audio recording is a collaboration with Theatre Memphis's touring company ShoWagon. GRIMMS' FAIRY TALES brings to life three tales of folklore collected by the Brothers Grimm: 'The Old Woman in the Woods,' 'Little Red Cap,' and 'The Three Little Birds.' The full production runs approximately 40 minutes and is now available for free streaming or as an mp3 download from www.chatterboxtheater.org.

Axis Company has announced its 2014-15 season, which will feature a number of world premieres, as well as the return of its beloved family holiday show Seven In One Blow, or The Brave Little Kid. The season begins with the world premiere of Axis Company Artist Director Randy Sharp's new musical Triangle Fire, part of the second annual Theater:Village festival, which is co-presented by Cherry Lane Theatre, New Ohio Theatre and Rattlestick Playwrights Theater. Entitled E Pluribus, the festival will feature four new plays celebrating the diversity of America, running from September 3-October 5.
San Francisco Playhouse (Artistic Director Bill English & Producing Director Susi Damilano) concludes its provocative eleventh season with Into the Woods by Stephen Sondheim (music and lyrics) and James Lapine (book). The production runs today, June 24th to September 6th, 2014, with an official opening set for June 28.
East Lynne Theater Company's much anticipated Student Workshop Production is back!
After 24 hours of rehearsal covering nine days, twelve students, ages 10-14, will perform 'The Dancing Princesses" based on the tale by the Brothers Grimm at The First Presbyterian Church of Cape May, 500 Hughes St., where the company is in residence. The date is Tuesday, July 1, at 8:00 p.m. This marks ELTC's 8th Summer Student Workshop Production, and the past seven years it's been standing room only. Admission is free and families are welcome.
