'When Harry Tries To Marry,' a cross-cultural romantic comedy directed by Nayan Padrai in his filmmaking debut, will make its world premiere as a Marquee Screening at the Austin Film Festival on Friday, October 22 at 9 p.m.

Zoetic Stage and the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts of Miami-Dade County present the world premiere of SOUTH BEACH BABYLON, a wickedly funny, sexy new play by acclaimed Miami playwright Michael McKeever. This production launches Zoetic Stage's inaugural season and will be directed by the company's Artistic Director Stuart Meltzer, featuring an all-star cast of South Florida's best and brightest actors. SOUTH BEACH BABYLON will run December 2-12, 2010 in the Carnival Studio Theater in the Sanford and Dolores Ziff Ballet Opera House.

In Rome, Italy on Thursday, September 23rd there was a press conference announcing the World Premiere of Frank J. Avella's new play 'Vatican Falls' at Teatro Il Vascello. It will open on May 2, 2011. Playwrights Horizons (Tim Sanford, Artistic Director; Leslie Marcus, Managing Director) has announced complete casting for the New York premiere of AFTER THE REVOLUTION, a new play by Amy Herzog (Missed Connections, 508 at Ars Nova, Hungry at EST). Directed by Carolyn Cantor (Essential Self-Defense at PH, Pumpgirl, Orange Water Flower), the production will begin previews Thursday, October 21 at 7:30 PM. With an Opening Night set for Tuesday, November 9 at 7PM, the limited engagement will play through Sunday, November 28 at Playwrights Horizons' Peter Jay Sharp Theater (416 West 42nd Street). AFTER THE REVOLUTION will be the second production of the theater company's 40th Anniversary Season.
