In advance of the highly anticipated New York premiere of Angel Reapers, the new dance/theater/music piece with text by Alfred Uhry and direction and choreography by Martha Clarke, the two creators will sit down with Gideon Lester (Director of Columbia University's Arts Collaboration Lab) to discuss this provocative work on Monday, November 21 from 6pm-8pm at Joyce SoHo (155 Mercer Street, between Houston and Prince).

As part of its 50th anniversary season, La MaMa will present the world-premiere of a new music theater work, 'The La MaMa Cantata' -- the text of which will be comprised of quotes from the theatre's late founder Ellen Stewart, and others' remembrances of her -- to be performed on what would have been her 92nd birthday on Monday, Nov. 7 and again the following day Tuesday, Nov. 8 at the Ellen Stewart Theatre (66 E. 4 St.) in Manhattan.
