On Her Shoulders will present a special event on Monday, April 3, 2017 celebrating its theatrical heritage as agents of change.

After paying tribute to artistic inspirations during Fall 2016's DEMO, Damian Woetzel continues to unite artists from across fields around a common theme in performance on April 3, 2017 at 8:00 p.m. in the Eisenhower Theater. This installment of the multi-genre series brings together acclaimed artists for a special one-night performance to celebrate the combination of song and dance.

The Stage Directors and Choreographers Foundation (SDC Foundation), the not-for-profit foundation of Stage Directors and Choreographers Society (SDC), is now accepting applications for the 2017 - 2018 Observership Program.

Probably not since Vladimir Horowitz had a nail tapped into Carnegie's stage for his piano placement has there been better tapping (dancing) than Mr. Yazbeck displayed at this concert.  As in every New York Pops Concert, the joy of the music continues as Steven Reineke hosts an after party.

The University of Washington College of Arts and Sciences presents the third annual production of the UW Musical Theater Program, Pippin. The production runs March 10th through March 19th at the Floyd and Delores Jones Playhouse at NE 41st Street and University Way NE.

The Marblehead School of Ballet (MSB) invites dancers to apply now to the school's renowned Summer Dance Intensive and annual excursion to Jacob's Pillow. MSB is accepting applications for its Summer Intensive Dance 2017 programs for dancers ages 11 and over from July 17 to August 5 and children ages 8 to 12 from August 7 to August 11. International students, ages 15 and above with intermediate level dance training, may also apply. The Summer Intensive Dance 2017 programs will be held at 115 Pleasant Street in Marblehead, a historic, scene coastal town located on the North Shore region of Massachusetts in the United States.

Steppenwolf Theatre Company announces acclaimed director Liesl Tommy, who received a Tony nomination for her direction of Eclipsed by Danai Gurira on Broadway, will direct Steppenwolf's world premiere production of Pass Over by Antoinette Nwandu. The cast features ensemble member Jon Michael Hill and Cliff Chamberlain with one remaining role to be announced.
