Due to popular demand and rave reviews, JACKIE FIVE-OH! has extended its run yet again at Joe's Pub (425 Lafayette Street) through April 4th. In the all-new JACKIE FIVE-OH!, the blisteringly funny, filter-free Hoffman muses on her own decay at 50, her career of playing 'bit' parts, her thoughts about being in The Addams Family and an array of other topics running the gamut from Queen Latifah to Kristen Chenoweth. Hoffman also sings five new original songs (written with musical director Bobby Peaco). Hoffman will also continue in her hilarious, scene-stealing performance as Grandma inTHE ADDAMS FAMILY into the summer.

Chicago Dramatists, 1105 W. Chicago Avenue, will present the World Premiere of Bordello, a Susan Smith Blackburn Prize nominee, by Resident Playwright Aline Lathrop. Bordello will preview January 27, open February 4 and 5, and run through March 6, 2011. Northlight Theatre Literary Manager and Chicago Dramatists Associate Artist Meghan Beals McCarthy will direct.

Rep Stage, the professional Equity theatre in residence at Howard Community College (HCC), continues its 18th season with Heather McDonald's 'An Almost Holy Picture,' directed by Tony Tsendeas and featuring Michael Stebbins, Rep Stage's producing artistic director. Freely drawn from Pamela Ward's story 'The Hairy Little Girl,' 'An Almost Holy Picture' follows the odyssey of former minister Samuel Gentle as he travels from Massachusetts to New Mexico - and from despair to triumph - heeding a mysterious voice. 'An Almost Holy Picture' opens February 2 and runs through February 20, 2011 in the Studio Theatre of the Horowitz Visual and Performing Arts Center (HVPA) on the HCC campus. Hall, Kron et al. Named Blackburn Prize Finalists

The Susan Smith Blackburn Prize has announced 10 Finalists for its prestigious playwriting award, now celebrating it's thirty-third year. The Houston-based Prize received the 2010 Theatre Communications Group's National Funder Award. The annual honor goes to a company, foundation or other entity for 'leadership and sustained national support of theater in America.'
