FX Networks has set the premiere dates for Ryan Murphy's highly anticipated, star-studded limited series FEUD: Bette and Joan, the new season of the critically-acclaimed and award-winning drama series The Americans, and the eighth season of the Emmy(R) Award Winning animated comedy series Archer.

LadyWatch with Ryan & Jason - the popular weekly podcast co-hosted by Ryan O'Connor ("Your OWN Show: Oprah's Search for the Next TV Star') and Jason Powell (Best Worst Movie) have announced the nominees for their Second Annual LadyWatch Awards on the podcast's episode 149: The Second Annual LadyWatch Award Nominations.

This spring, Goodman Theatre hosts two Tony Award winning special guests for its annual spring fundraisers, which support the theater's Education and Engagement programs. 

Within the past week, I had the pleasure of meeting award - winning Canadian film and television actress, Emily Hampshire. She came in to speak to my Advanced Musical Theatre Class offering her insight into the film and television industry. Emily shared her story of how she made her dream become a reality. From an early age, she focused on her goals bringing her the success she has today.  Emily's infectious spirit permeated the classroom as 18 eager students hung on her every word. She was so supportive of us, excited to watch our performances and shared her enthusiasm. 

The Actors' Gang will begin 2017 with a one night only special event, featuring Sister Helen Prejean, (Dead Man Walking: An Eyewitness Account of the Death Penalty), and The Actors Gang Artistic Director Tim Robbins. The event is the first of Actors' Gang Axis Mundi 2017 season, a series of speaking events, lectures and documentaries intent on encouraging civic engagement and public dialogue. All Actors' Gang Axis Mundi evenings will be presented as " Pay What You Can Nights", a platform developed with the purpose of making performances accessible to all, regardless of socio-economic status.

The BOX, a curated showcase of music, spoken-word, dance and other performances concludes Vanity the thematic series presented by Jersey City Theater Center (JCTC).
