Last Night, February 8, the stars came out to celebrate the 25th Anniversary of Evidence, A Dance Company, at the Grace in Winter Silver Ball at The Plaza Hotel. The event honored Evidence Founder & Artistic Director Ronald K. Brown and Evidence Chairman, Reginald Van Lee. Victoria Rowell hosted the event, which featured cocktails and an online auction, in addition to performances by Evidence Dance and former Dreamgirl Jennifer Holliday.
On Our Toes in the Hamptons, the annual performance and fundraising gala featuring Evidence, A Dance Company one of the world's premier professional dance companies, returns for the sixth year. Founded by Ronald K. Brown, Evidence, A Dance Company is rooted in African dance fusing Contemporary, Jazz and Ballet with the rhythms and sounds of the African Diaspora and Caribbean cultures.
Taking the chill out of the arctic blast was Evidence Dance Company's annual Grace in Winter Gala, chaired by art world legend Lowery Stokes Sims, former president of the internationally acclaimed Studio Museum in Harlem and longtime curator of Modern Art at the Metropolitan Museum.
