Playwright Damon Chua has taken Hans Christian Anderson's famous tale and created a fascinating one-hour tour of 18th century China. This Emperor's Nightingale features everything from chubby, bamboo-chewing pandas to a truly eye-popping array of animated projections from award-winning scenic designer Hana Sooyeon Kim.
