REVIEW: Cirque Dreams: Jungle Fantasy arrives at Baltimore's Hippodrome Theatre for a two week stay.

The box office at the Belasco Theatre (111 West 44th Street) - home of the new Broadway musical Passing Strange - will open for ticket sales to the show starting on Monday, January 21st at 10am. Additionally, one day earlier on Sunday, January 20th, tickets will go on-sale to the general public on-line at Telecharge.com, or by calling 212-239-6200.

The cast and creatives of Passing Strange, the Broadway-bound original narrative musical, held a press meet and greet during their first rehearsal on Monday, January 7 at New 42nd Street Studios.

Two newly-recorded tracks to Passing Strange - the new musical that will begin previews on Broadway February 8 prior to its official opening February 28 at the Belasco Theatre - are featured on the show's website, www.PassingStrangeOnBroadway.com.

Stew - whose new musical Passing Strange will begin performances on Broadway Feb. 8, 2008 at the Belasco Theatre - is one of five special guest hosts who will divulge the music they just cannot live without during WNYC Radio's annual weeklong 'Must Have Festival' December 10 to 14. Stew's evening of 'Must Have' music will conclude the weeklong Festival, broadcasting on December 14 at 7PM.

Passing Strange won four awards at the 35th annual Vivian Robinson/Audelco Recognition Awards honoring excellence in black theatre last evening, Monday, November 19 at Harlem Stages/Aaron Davis Hall in Manhattan.

Jerry O'Connell, Michael Urie and Carol Kane star in a staged reading of Badge on Monday, November 12 at 8PM at The Hayworth Theater. Written by Matthew Schneck, produced by Stacy Cole and directed by noted television director Steve Zuckerman, Badge is a production of The Hayworth Theatre's popular Bruno Kirby Celebrity Reading Series.

Passing Strange, an original narrative musical which made its acclaimed and extended engagement at the Public Theatre last summer, will arrive on Broadway in February 8, 2008 at the Belasco Theatre; officially opening February 28, 2008.

In November, Kristin Huffman made her Broadway debut as Sarah (flute, piccolo and sax) in John Doyle's production of Company. The actress, with a new series of tales that go inside the making of Company from an actor's perspective, starting at the Cincinnati Playhouse and on to New York, continues her stories about a 15-year career that has led her to the door of the Ethel Barrymore Theatre.

The Public Theater announces the return of Joe's Pub in the Park, a two-week series of paid and free concerts at The Delacorte Theater in Central Park. Joe's Pub in the Park, presented with support from The New York State Music Fund, kicks off with a series of full-length performances by legendary girl-group diva Lesley Gore, singer-songwriter/pop-satirist Jill Sobule and the innovative punk-noir trio The New Standards on Wednesday, September 19

The Public Theater announces the return of Joe's Pub in the Park
