On the heels of topping the box office in its opening weekend, the widely acclaimed magical adventure FANTASIC BEASTS AND WHERE TO FIND THEM surpassed half a billion dollars at the global box office on Tuesday, November 29, following its second weekend in release.
Following rumors that the upcoming Harry Potter spin-off, Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them, would have multiple sequels, screenplay writer of the franchise, and original Harry Potter author, J.K Rowling has confirmed via Twitter that the series will have five parts.
