THE PHANTOM OF THE OPERA Returns to St. Louis

Casting has been announced for Cameron Mackintosh's spectacular new production of Andrew Lloyd Webber's THE PHANTOM OF THE OPERA for its highly anticipated return to St. Louis at the Fabulous Fox Theatre May 9-20. With newly reinvented staging and stunning scenic design, this new version of PHANTOM is performed by a cast and orchestra of 52, making this one of the largest productions on tour in North America.

PHANTOM Tour Announces Quentin Oliver Lee As The Next Phantom

Beginning December 19 at the Orpheum Theatre in Minneapolis, MN, Quentin Oliver Lee will portray the man behind the mask, 'The Phantom.' He joins current cast members Eva Tavares as 'Christine Daa ,' Jordan Craig as 'Raoul,' Trista Moldovan as 'Carlotta Giudicelli,' David Benoit as 'Monsieur Firmin,' Edward Staudenmayer as 'Monsieur Andr ,' Kristie Dale Sanders as 'Madame Giry,' Phumzile Sojola as 'Ubaldo Piangi' and Emily Ramirez as 'Meg Giry.'

Cameron Mackintosh's spectacular new production of Andrew Lloyd Webber's THE PHANTOM OF THE OPERA is currently on North American tour and stops in Memphis November 29 December 10 at the Orpheum Theatre. Individual tickets will go on sale on Monday, September 25 at 10am.

Sundance Now Announces New Premiere Date for Scripted Original BACK

Sundance Now, AMC Networks' premium video streaming service, today announced the new premiere date for 'BACK,' the scripted original co-production created and written by Oscar nominee Simon Blackwell ('Veep', 'In the Loop,' 'Peep Show'), set to debut exclusively in the U.S. Thursday, November 16th on Sundance Now.

Sundance Now Announces New Scripted Original Comedy BACK, Coming This Fall

Sundance Now, AMC Networks' premium video streaming service dedicated to bringing members high-quality, acclaimed independent film, documentaries and TV series, announced today a new scripted original co-production, BACK, created and written by Oscar nominee Simon Blackwell (Veep, In the Loop, Peep Show), directed by Ben Palmer (The Inbetweeners) and starring BAFTA winners David Mitchell (Peep Show) and Robert Webb (Peep Show).

Ashley Carter and More Join Cast of A Classic Theatre's FOR THE LOVE OF SHAKESPEARE

A Classic Theatre announces the cast of their next production, For the Love of Shakespeare! As theaters around the world celebrate 400 years of Shakespeare, ACT offers a tribute to the Bard with this comedic trio of one-acts. Follow the antics of this company of actors as they explore Shakespeare's world with tongue firmly planted in cheek. The one-acts include "The Dark Lady of the Sonnets" by George Bernard Shaw, "SHAKESappear!" by Milton E. Polsky, and "Something Rotten in Denmark" by Ann Karine (aka Annie G.).

Broadway Artists to Join the MIKE PETTRY PROJECT

Broadway's Max Chernin (Bright Star), Kaitlyn Davidson (Cinderella, Nice Work If You Can Get It) and F. Michael Haynie (Wicked), as well as Jed Resnick (Avenue Q)* will headline the The Mik e Pettry Project , the second in the Singers Forum/EMGCollective's collaborative songbook series on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings, October 4 & 5, at the Laurie Beechman Theatre. The series brings together Broadway performers and members of the SF/AEA Scholarship Program to spotlight work of prominent new composers. Following the success of The Patrick Dwyer Project, the series now features composer/lyricist Mike Pettry (The Light Princess, Things I Left on Long Island) whose work has been produced at A.R.T., South Coast Rep, The New Victory Theatre, etc. Pettry's current projects include partnering with composer Eli Bolin as he provides the lyrics for The Last Song of Eddie Scourge, a hard-rock adaptation of the classic A Christmas Carol.

Julia Udine to Rejoin THE PHANTOM OF THE OPERA National Tour

Cameron Mackintosh's spectacular new production of Andrew Lloyd Webber's THE PHANTOM OF THE OPERA announces the return of Julia Udine to the national tour.  Ms. Udine will resume performances as 'Christine Daae,' the role which she created for the national tour and most recently starred as on Broadway, for the Washington DC engagement at the Kennedy Center July 13-August 20 and the Denver engagement at Buell Hall August 25-September 11.  Katie Travis will return to the role in the fall.
