Revered jazz performer Jon Batiste makes his Cafe Carlyle debut, September 24-28. Born into a long lineage of Louisiana musicians, Jon Batiste is a globally celebrated musician, educator, bandleader and television personality whose musical skill, artistic vision and exuberant charisma has made him a triple threat and the newly "crowned prince of jazz." Jon delicately balances a demanding schedule on screen and on stage -- which includes his role as Bandleader and Musical Director with The Late Show with Stephen Colbert. Jon released his debut solo album, Hollywood Africans, in 2018. The track "St. James Infirmary" was nominated for a GRAMMY, and the record was nominated for an NAACP Image award for Best Jazz album.

Social Cueswas produced by John Hill (Santigold, Florence + The Machine, Portugal. The Man, tUnE-yArDs), recorded at Battle Tapes Recording, Blackbird Studio and Sound Emporium in Nashville and The Village Recording Studio in Los Angeles. It was mixed by Tom Elmhirst and mastered by Randy Merrill in New York City.

Last night, The Lumineers hit the stage at The Late Show With Stephen Colbert to deliver a captivating, intimate performance of their latest single 'Gloria.' The new track is the first release from their forthcoming album III which comes out on September 13th via Dualtone (an Entertainment One Company) in the U.S. and Canada and Decca Records for the rest of the world. 'Gloria,' according to lead vocalist Wesley Schultz, 'is about love between an addict and her family.' As part of the set, the backdrop was complete with vintage patterns and found family footage.

Conor Oberst has announced a North American tour for summer. Beginning in Portsmouth, NH on July 17th at the Prescott Park Arts Festival, the run of shows goes on to hit Chicago, Bloomington, Cincinnati, Providence, Woodstock and more before culminating in a performance at the Weesner Family Amphitheater at the Minnesota Zoo in Minneapolis on July 28th.
