SISTER ACT, the family friendly, over the top spectacle with nuns that rock, opens at The Paramount Theatre on August 20th for a limited engagement!

Producers Whoopi Goldberg, Stage Entertainment and Troika Entertainment announce that SISTER ACT, the musical comedy smash direct from Broadway, play the Pantages Theatre in Hollywood for a 3 week engagement. 20th Century Fox has formed a joint venture with top Broadway producer and Tony Award winner Kevin McCollum (Motown, Rent, Avenue Q, In the Heights), prolific film producer John Davis (Predator, The Firm, Grumpy Old Men, I Robot, Chronicle) and leading industry executive Tom McGrath, to develop live stage productions based upon the studio's vast library of films.

Following its recent sell-out season in London's West End, Stage Entertainment UK is delighted to announce that the critically acclaimed Chichester Festival Theatre production of the musical Singin' In The Rain will tour the UK and Ireland later this year. Opening at Manchester Opera House on Wednesday 13 November 2013 (with previews from Saturday 9 November), the show will play a Christmas and New Year season in Cardiff before visiting cities across the country.

Stephen Schwartz, the Oscar and Tony awarded composer and lyricist, will collaborate with Christian Struppeck on a musical about Emanual Schikander (1751-1812), the librettist of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart's opera The Magic Flute.
