Nicole Scherzinger will make her West End stage debut as 'Grizabella' in Andrew Lloyd Webber's record-breaking musical Cats. Returning to the West End for a strictly limited run at the London Palladium, press night is tonight 11 December at 7pm.

In today's Telegraph, composer Andrew Lloyd Webber spoke about the excitement of bringing his work back to the stage.

Eliot's Old Possum's Book of Practical Cats, the original creative team - Director Trevor Nunn, Associate Director and Choreographer Gillian Lynne, Designer John Napier and Composer Andrew Lloyd Webber - are reunited to bring Cats back to the West End this Christmas. Iliad Debuts' 'Anderson & Petty: You Are Home in London', set for Sunday 16th March at St James Theatre Studio, has announced its first round of performers, including Matthew Barrow, Sophia Ragavelas, Gloria Onitiri, Charlotte Wakefield, David Shannon, Sophie Isaacs, Kim Ismay, Willemijn Verkaik, Kieran Brown, Nadine Cox, Jacinta Whyte, Christopher Howell and Edward Baruwa.

Aria Entertainment is delighted to announce first casting today for the second annual From Page To Stage Festival, a season of new musical theatre at the Landor Theatre from Monday 10 February to Sunday 9 March 2014. Full casting is now confirmed for the Season's three showcase readings of Merman's Apprentice, Claus The Musical and The Return of the Soldier, as well as the repertory cast for three Showcase Nights of musicals in development. Final casting for the two Headline Musicals Before The Night Is Through and The Mistress Cycle will be announced next week.

Barry Anderson and Mark Petty, the transatlantic songwriting duo known as Anderson & Petty, will host a celebration concert of their debut songbook album 'You Are Home' joined by a host of West End performers, including some of those featured on the album.

You are Home: The Songs of Anderson & Petty is Barry Anderson and Mark Petty's debut songbook album and like their transatlantic working relationship, the recording also showcases talent from both sides of the pond. A range of genres are performed meaning there is something for everyone. The recording is a preview of their work that will be performed at the St James Studio in London in March, prior to a concert in New York in August. As well as writing the musical numbers, Anderson & Petty also co-produced the album alongside Dennis Michael Keefe from record label, Great White Wax.

It's been ten years since I first (and last!) saw Cats, so I was thrilled to be returning to the over-sized rubbish dump this evening to enjoy an evening of feline fun and frolics at the Bristol Hippodrome.
