Tickets for LAZARUS, the second production of the New York Theatre Workshop (NYTW) (Artistic Director James C. Nicola and Managing Director Jeremy Blocker) 2015/16 Season, will go on sale today beginning at 12pm EST. Single tickets for LAZARUS are $95. A limited number of $25 CheapTix will be available on a first-come, first-served basis for the first two performances. The Tectonic Theater Project just presented its star-studded one-night-only special benefit reading of Moises Kaufman's GROSS INDECENCY: THE THREE TRIALS OF OSCAR WILDE, the award-winning play about Oscar Wilde and the trials for his 'crime' of homosexuality. All funds raised benefit Tectonic Theater Project and the International Gay and Lesbian Human Rights Commission.

According to an Equity casting notice, Ruthless! The Musical, the award-winning Off-Broadway musical comedy (Drama Desk, Outer Critics Circle) will return to the stage! The musical, which played a limited run last fall, will begin previews on June 15. Rehearsals are set to begin in May.

MCC THEATER has announced the final production of its four-show 2015-16 Main Stage Season, which runs August 2015 through June 2016. Playwright Halley Feiffer (I'm Gonna Pray For You So Hard) will make her MCC Theater debut with her play A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Gynecologic Oncology Unit at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center of New York City. MCC THEATER has announced that the New York premiere of Jennifer Haley's The Nether directed by Anne Kaufman has now extended through Sunday, March 22, 2015 due to popular and critical acclaim. The production opened on Tuesday, February 24th and was previously scheduled through March 15, 2015 at the Lucille Lortel Theatre (121 Christopher Street). A production of The Nether also just opened to great critical acclaim in London's West End at the famed Royal Court Theatre.
