Season Four of Bounce's Hit Comedy IN THE CUT Set to Premiere This July

A.D. Players at The George, one of Houston's largest resident theatre companies, will revive Neil Simon's imaginative play, "God's Favorite," at The George from Friday, July 13 - Sunday, Aug. 5, 2018, with preview nights July 11-12. "God's Favorite" is a contemporary, humorous tale of the Book of Job with a hint of the Prodigal Son, that explores the challenges and rewards of morality.

HBO Sports, one of television's premier storytellers, is teaming up with the Bill Simmons Media Group for COURTSIDE AT THE NBA FINALS, an unscripted one-hour special chronicling the sights and sounds of the 2018 NBA Finals, debuting TUESDAY, JUNE 19 (9:00-10:00 p.m. ET/PT), with a replay that evening at 11:00 p.m. (ET/PT), on HBO. Bill Simmons will serve as executive producer.

The 1950s was a period of racial stress in much of the south. Lynchings, school segregation, separate lunch counters and drinking fountains, blacks to the back of the bus, laws against black and white mixing. Even separate black and white radio stations was the custom, as were black and white musical styles. Patty Page, Perry Como and 'nice music' was the white style. Rock and Roll was for blacks.

The concert at WCT will celebrate the release of Low Lily's new album, 10,000 Days Like These, which Folk Radio UK has already dubbed 'refreshing and uplifting... an absolute stunner'; Roots Music Report calls the band's newest music 'as smart with sense of pop phrasing and flair as it is roots-savvy.'

Join The Charleston Light Opera Guild this weekend as they perform the hit comedic musical The Full Monty on the Charleston Civic Center Little Theatre Stage! The ten-time Tony nominated show, based on the 1997 British film of the same name, features a book by Terrence McNally and score by David Yazbek.

Today Netflix announced that it's newest scripted comedy series starring Rev Run and his wife Justine Simmons, All About The Washingtons will debut August 10th, 2018 at 12:01 AM PT.

It was my honor to join the Chashama Board and host the Chashama Art Party this year. Chashama is known for their outrageous annual gala and art party, and this year was no disappointment. The Gala presented over 150 artists in an immersive labyrinth of installations and performances on June 7th. Highlights included, fire meets art showman, Flambeaux and his gorgeous wax covered troupe, melting and dripping burning candles onto each other and willing patrons, VR masked artists on Toto bidets with keyboards, performers moonlighting as sushi platters, stiletto heeled pole dancers, painters, acrobats, and Harlequin clowns with sparkle and confetti guns. It's a joyous celebration in Times Square; The Chashama Gala and Art Party is like New Year's Eve in June!
