As Deadline reported tonight, the sophomore drama series Scandal, has also been picked up by ABC for a full season.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Grey's Anatomy showrunners Shonda Rhimes and Betsy Beers will executive produce a new NBC drama series based on Debra Driza's upcoming sci-fi thriller novel MILA 2.0. David DiGilio will adapt the novel for the small screen.

Shonda Rhimes, ABC's darling of drama, confirmed Friday night that PRIVATE PRACTICE, after six seasons, would ends its run in early 2013.

PRIVATE PRACTICE's Kate Walsh is set to create a semi-autobiographical comedy for NBC, with boyfriend/writer Chris Case. No title has been declared at this time.
