Colorado-born, LA-based singer/songwriter/guitarist Patrick Park recently released his long-awaited new disc, 'We Fall Out Of Touch', on October 15 via RSRCH + DVLP, the newly launched label created by producer/engineer/mixer Dave Trumfio. His first new studio record since 2010's critically-acclaimed Badman Recording Co. disc, 'Come What Will', 'We Fall Out of Touch' was produced by Patrick and his longtime cohort Trumfio (Wilco, MMJ, Grandaddy, Earlimart).

Brooklyn-based trio The Lone Bellow brings its unique blend of American folk, country, and Southern gospel musical traditions to Zankel Hall tonight, October 18 at 10:00 p.m., kicking off the ninth annual WFUV Live at Zankel series. As part of their "In Performance at the White House" series, the President and First Lady will host a concert in the East Room honoring singer-songwriter Carole King, who will be awarded the 2013 Library of Congress Gershwin Prize for Popular Song. President Obama will present the award as he did when the Library of Congress honored Stevie Wonder (2009), Sir Paul McCartney (2010), and the songwriting team of Burt Bacharach and Hal David (2012). Shawn Colvin, Shelby Lynne, and special guest Steve Earle, have been added to the lineup for the 8th annual Holiday Cheer for FUV concert on Wednesday, December 5th at 8:00 p.m. at the Beacon Theatre. They join the previously announced headliner Lucinda Williams, as well as the emerging band Lake Street Dive, who will perform a short set.
