Photos: Inside Rehearsal For THE FEVER SYNDROME at Hampstead Theatre

Rehearsal images have been released for the world premiere of Alexis Zegerman’s vivid, new play, The Fever Syndrome.  Directed by Hampstead Theatre’s Artistic-Director, Roxana Silbert, The Fever Syndrome will run from 19 March until 23 April 2022.  

March Events Announced at Seattle Center

The month of March has a variety of events to offer in venues across Seattle Center’s campus with something for everyone to do. There is no shortage of fun activities taking place at Seattle Center this March, and you don’t want to miss out. 

THE BREACH and WOLF CUB Come to Hampstead Theatre This Spring

The Breach by Naomi Wallace, with direction by Sarah Frankcom, will run on its Main Stage from 6 May until 4 June.  Wolf Cub, written and directed by Ché Walker, will run at Hampstead Downstairs from 8 April until 7 May.

VIDEO: Helen Mirren Accepts the Life Achievement Award at the SAG Awards

The Screen Actors Guild Awards were held last night, Sunday, Feb. 27 at Barker Hangar in Santa Monica, and aired on TNT and TBS. Kate Winslet and Cate Blanchett presented Helen Mirren with the 57th Life Achievement Award, which was preceded by a montage of some of her most iconic screen performances.

Southwest Shakespeare Company Brings THE TEMPEST to the Stage

The Southwest Shakespeare Company (SSC) presents its 28th season mainstage repertory production of William Shakespeare’s The Tempest, directed by Ingrid Sonnichsen for a limited run from now  through March 19th at the Nesbitt/Elliott Playhouse. Tickets are available in person and online at the Mesa Arts Center.

BWW Review: SHAKESPEARE: DRUM & COLOURS - AS YOU LIKE IT at Seattle Shakespeare Company

Dear Readers, after last week’s less than stellar “Hamlet” from Seattle Shakespeare Company’s “Drum and Colours” series, I was trepidatious to say the least, for this week’s premiere of “Shakespeare: Drum & Colours – As You Like It”. And while there were still some issues I had with the show, thank the Theatre Gods it was far better, and managed to engage and entertain throughout.

Atlanta Shakespeare Company to Present MUCH ADO ABOUT NOTHING

The Atlanta Shakespeare Company at The Shakespeare Tavern Playhouse will stage Shakespeare's Much Ado About Nothing, directed by Andrew Houchins. Tickets are $15 General Admission for the preview on Thursday March 10, 2022, and $20 for General Admission for the preview on Friday, March 11, 2022. The show opens on March 12th and runs until April 3rd. All Sunday performances are at 2:30pm. The production is sponsored by C. Matthew Palmer.
