Multiple Tony Award nominee Marin Mazzie, Broadway veteran Jason Danieley and Meghann Fahy joined the Tony and Pulitzer Prize-winning musical, NEXT TO NORMAL on Monday, July 19 at Broadway's Booth Theatre (222 West 45th street). Ms. Mazzie and Mr. Danieley play Diana and Dan Goodman, a married couple dealing with Diana's bipolar disorder and the effect it has on their family. Second Stage Theatre (Carole Rothman, Artistic Director) continues this summer's Second Stage Theatre Uptown Series with the New York premiere of Bachelorette, written by Leslye Headland. Directed by Trip Cullman, Bachelorette will feature Aya Cash, Tracee Chimo, Tate Ellington, Carmen M. Herlihy, Celia Keenan-Bolger and Eddie Kaye Thomas.

Second Stage Extends BACHELORETTE Through 8/14

Second Stage Theatre (Carole Rothman, Artistic Director) announced today that it will extend its production of Leslye Headland's BACHELORETTE, directed by Trip Cullman, for one week, through Saturday, August 14. The production, which was originally scheduled to run through Saturday, August 7, began previews on July 12 and will open at Second Stage Theatre's uptown home, the McGinn/Cazale Theatre (Broadway at 76th Street) on Monday, July 26 at 7:00pm.

Zach Braff stopped by Jimmy Fallon to discuss his role in the new play Trust. Second Stage Theatre (Carole Rothman, Artistic Director) has announced that Zach Braff, Bobby Cannavale, Sutton Foster, and Ari Graynor will co-star in the world premiere comedy TRUST, written by Paul Weitz, directed by Peter DuBois. Mr. Weitz returns to Second Stage Theatre, where his plays Privilege and Show People premiered in 2005 and 2006, respectively.
