HBO leads the networks in nominations with 21, followed closely by FX which collected 19. Topping the list of nominated series are American Horror Story: Asylum (FX) and The Big Bang Theory (CBS) with six nominations each. Other series with multiple nominations include Parks and Recreation (NBC) and Top Of The Lake (Sundance) with five each and The Americans (FX), Breaking Bad (AMC), Game of Thrones (HBO), The Good Wife (CBS), Louie (FX), New Girl (FOX) andPolitical Animals (USA) with four each.
Garret Dillahunt, Jake Abel to Star In WWII Thriller GHOSTS OF THE PACIFIC

Garret Dillahunt ('Raising Hope'), Tom Felton (Harry Potter), and Jake Abel (The Host) are set to star in GHOSTS OF THE PACIFIC, the true story of three WWII Navy flyers cast adrift on the South Pacific in 1942. The feature will be produced by The American Film Company, which specializes in making movies based on true stories from America's past.

Roundabout Theatre Company's new Broadway production of Picnic, in association with Darren Bagert and Martin Massman, closes today, Sunday, Feb. 24, 2013, at the American Airlines Theatre on Broadway (227 West 42nd Street). Since opening on Jan. 13, PICNIC has played 47 regular performances. It opened for previews on Dec. 14, 2012.

The Tony Awards Administration Committee met today for the second time this season to decide the eligibility of 14 Broadway productions for the 2013 American Theatre Wing's Tony Awards, presented by The Broadway League and the American Theatre Wing. The Tony Awards Administration Committee will meet a total of four times throughout the 2012-2013 season to decide the eligibility for the 2013 Tony Awards.

And while many looked forward to settling down with a traditional Mr. Right and staying home to raise 2.7 babies, there were others who were torn between the safety of normalcy and their yearning for something more dangerous and adventurous when William Inge's Pulitzer-winning Picnic premiered on Broadway in 1953.
