The Las Vegas Philharmonic opens its new Today Spotlight Series tonight, February 16th at 7:30 p.m. in the intimate Troesh Studio Theater at The Smith Center for the Performing Arts. 

The Joyce Theater Foundation, Inc. (Linda Shelton, Executive Director) is proud to present one of Asia's premier ballet companies, Hong Kong Ballet, making its Joyce debut with a program featuring works by such esteemed choreographers as National Ballet of China resident choreographer Fei Bo, artistic director of the Polish National Ballet Krzysztof Pastor and world renowned choreographer Nacho Duato.

Vancouver Bach Choir concludes its monumental 85th anniversary season with J. S. Bach's St. Matthew Passion, March 19, 7:30pm at The Orpheum. Celebrated as a pinnacle accomplishment in music history, 'The Great Passion' will be gloriously illuminated by the venerable symphonic choir alongside the Vancouver Symphony Orchestra, and a cast of internationally acclaimed soloists.

Bach Vespers at Holy Trinity, a long-time leader in New York City's thriving early-music scene, will open thesecond half of it's 48th season with a performance of Dieterich Buxtehude's cantata Herzlich lieb hab ich dich, o Herr. The program will feature Music Director Donald Meineke, noted early music soprano Anna Lenti and the multiple Grammy nominated Bach Choir and Players.

The Las Vegas Philharmonic opens its new Tuesday Spotlight Series on February 16th at 7:30 p.m. in the intimate Troesh Studio Theater at The Smith Center for the Performing Arts. 

?The award-winning Oakland University Brass Band will perform at 8 p.m. on Friday, January 29, in Varner Recital Hall. The group will be joined on stage by guest artist, euphonium soloist Matthew Murchison. 

Under the artistic directorship of British-born Paul Lightfoot, Nederlands Dans Theater is headquartered at the Lucent Danstheater in The Hague. Since its foundation in 1959, this pioneering company has built a rich repertoire of more than 600 ballets by master choreographers Ji?i Kylian and Hans van Manen, renowned house choreographers Sol Leon & Paul Lightfoot, associate choreographers Crystal Pite and Marco Goecke and high-profiled guests such as Gabriela Carrizo, Hofesh Shechter, Johan Inger, Alexander Ekman and Sharon Eyal & Gai Behar.

       The Rhode Island Philharmonic Youth Orchestras (RIPYO) presents their first concert of the season on Sunday November 15 at 3pm at The VETS in Providence. The concert features the top-level Symphony Orchestra conducted by Music Director Alexey Shabalin, Repertory Orchestra under the direction of Vincent Mattera, and String Orchestra under the direction of Irina Naryshkova. Tickets are $11 adult, $6 student and senior citizen, and are available at the door on the day of the performance.

World-renowned artists Mika (marimba) and Richard Stoltzman (clarinet) return to Carnegie Hall tonight, November 5, 2015, to showcase their amazing versatility and crossover ability in a one-night only concert event.
