LA CAGE AUX FOLLES, winner of three 2010 Tony Awards including Best Revival of a Musical, will play its 100th performance on Broadway tonight, Wednesday, July 14 at 8:00 PM. The critically acclaimed production is playing at the Longacre Theatre (220 West 48th Street).

LA CAGE AUX FOLLES, the 2010 Tony Award winner for Best Revival of a Musical, broke the house record at the Longacre Theatre last week for the third time. The show grossed $747,615.62 at the 1,057-seat playhouse for the week ending June 27, breaking its previous record of $687,824.90 for the week ending June 20.

The Second Annual Broadway Meows: a Benefit Concert for the Humane Society of New York will be presented at Don't Tell Mama, one night only, Monday, July 19th at 7pm. The evening will feature the songs of composer/ lyricist Seth Bisen-Hersh. Bisen-Hersh will be joined on stage by a stellar cast including Brian Childers (Helen Hayes Award Winner, Danny & Sylvia), Sean Patrick Doyle (La Cage aux Folles), Bryan Fenkart (Memphis), Russell Fischer (Jersey Boys), Kimberly Faye Greenberg (Danny & Sylvia), Autumn Hurlburt (Legally Blonde), Lara Janine (Rock of Ages), Brianne Moore (The Visit), Brooke Sunny Moriber (The Wild Party), Olivia Oguma (Mamma Mia), Mary Orzano, Kate Rockwell (Hair), Brian Charles Rooney (The Threepenny Opera), Brandon Ruckdashel (Co-Ed Confidential), Kevin Vortmann (A Little Night Music), Correy West (South Pacific) and Kristen Beth Williams (Promises, Promises). The concert will be produced by Dennis Fowler, directed by Laura Pestronk, choreographed by Erin Porvaznika and stage managed by Livia Hill.

Kelsey Grammer and Douglas Hodge, the Tony Award-nominated stars of LA CAGE AUX FOLLES on Broadway, are featured on this weekend's edition of NY1 Onstage. On Stage airs Saturdays and Sundays from 9:30 AM to 10:00 AM and again from 7:30 PM to 8:00 PM. It repeats on Mondays from 9:30 PM to 10:00 PM and Tuesdays from 12:30 AM to 1:00 AM.

The critically acclaimed production of LA CAGE AUX FOLLES, which this week was nominated for 11 Tony Awards, including Best Revival of a Musical, will launch a National Tour in the fall of 2011. The tour will feature the work of the production's entire Tony-nominated creative team: director Terry Johnson, choreographer Lynne Page, set designer Tim Shortall, costume designer Matthew Wright, lighting designer Nick Richings, sound designer Jonathan Deans and orchestrator/musical supervisor Jason Carr. In attendance was Nick Adams, Kelly Bishop, Caitlin Carter, Mercedes Ellington, Priscilla Lopez, Vivian Nixon, Keith Roberts, John Selya, Judine Somerville and many more of the talented dancers that grace the Broadway stages each night.
