The Old Globe's GLOBE FOR ALL returns to bring free professional Shakespeare directly to diverse, multigenerational audiences in underserved communities around San Diego County. This second year of GLOBE FOR ALL follows a highly successful inaugural production in 2014. One of the Bard's most charming comedies, MUCH ADO ABOUT NOTHING, will be directed by renowned Shakespearean Rob Melrose, Artistic Director of San Francisco's Cutting Ball Theater, who makes his Globe debut. He directs a cast of local professional actors, including recent graduates of the Old Globe/University of San Diego Graduate Theatre Program.

Riverdale Repertory Company kicks off the 2015-2016 season of productions at the Riverdale YM-YWHA with THE WORLD GOES 'ROUND, a dazzling revue of songs by the award-winning Broadway songwriting team of John Kander and Fred Ebb.

THE WORLD GOES 'ROUND draws from the first quarter-century of the Kander & Ebb catalog. Over two dozen love songs, torch songs, and hilarious comic numbers swirl together to create a living tapestry in celebration of two titans of the American Musical Theatre.

Lincoln Center Theater (under the direction of Producing Artistic Director, Andre Bishop) presents Tammy Blanchard, Patrick Breen, John Benjamin Hickey, Alex Hurt, Kellie Overbey, John Pankow, and Stephen Plunkett in DADA WOOF PAPA HOT, a new play by Peter Parnell, to be directed by Scott Ellis. DADA WOOF PAPA HOT began performances Thursday, October 15 and opens on Monday, November 9 at the Mitzi E. Newhouse Theater (150 West 65 Street). Check out a first look at the cast in action below!

BroadwayWorld has confirmed that Roundabout Theatre Company has set new dates for the upcoming starry musical She Loves Me. Preview performances will begin on February 19, 2016 and with the official opening on March 17, 2016. This is a limited engagement through June 5, 2016 at Studio 54 on Broadway (254 West 54th Street).

The Acting Company (Margot Harley, Co-Founder and Producer), America's best known touring repertory theater, will honor Emmy Award-winner Tom Fontana, educator and student mentor Paul Fontana, and Acting Company Co-founder and Producer Margot Harley at a Gala Benefit evening on Monday, November 9th atCapitale (130 Bowery - between Broome & Grand Sts). Both of the gentlemen will each be presented with the Warburg Humanitarian Award for their outstanding philanthropic endeavors on behalf of children, education and the arts, while Ms. Harley will be saluted for her 43 years of leadership and achievement as she steps down as Producer of The Acting Company.

Roundabout Theater Company announced today that they have partnered with TodayTix, the premiere mobile theater ticketing app, to offer Retro Roundabout. In honor of Roundabout's founding year $19.65 lottery orchestra tickets will be exclusively available via the TodayTix app to all shows during Roundabout's 2015-16 50th Anniversary Season.

Creative Cauldron will open its 2015-­?16 season with The World Goes 'Round, a musical revue of works by John Kander and Fred Ebb, one of the most prolific and acclaimed Broadway musical collaborators of all time. The production is directed by Matt Conner and choreographed by Kara-­?Tameika Watkins. "Audiences will be dazzled by the brilliance of Kander and Ebb," stated Conner. "The songs in this wonderful revue celebrate the resilience of the human heart on a revolving planet filled with love, pain, success and failure." Previews begin October 1st and the show continues at ArtSpace Falls Church (410 South Maple Avenue) through October 25th. A Season Opening Gala reception and performance will be held on Saturday, October 3rd beginning at 6:30 pm. Press Night is Sunday, October 4th at 7:00 pm

Roundabout Theatre Company (Todd Haimes, Artistic Director) just announced a 50th Anniversary Season Benefit Reading of The Man Who Came to Dinner by George S. Kaufman and Moss Hart starring Nathan Lane. Roundabout's Associate Artistic Director Scott Ellis will direct this one-night only reading.

Roundabout celebrates it's 50th anniversary season this year with an outstanding lineup of productions. The 2015-2016 Roundabout Underground production is Ugly Lies the Bone, a new play by Lindsey Ferrentino, directed by Patricia McGregor. Jim Dale--one of the world's great stage entertainers: singer, dancer, comedian, Shakespearean actor and raconteur--will be honored with the Second Annual Jewel Box Award at Workshop Theater Company's second unGala on October 19 from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM at 353WEST, 353 West 46th Street, NYC. Mr. Dale will celebrate his 50 years as an entertainer and will even take stage for a short performance.

Roundabout Theatre Company (Todd Haimes, Artistic Director) announced Zachary Levi (Georg) will star alongside Laura Benanti (Amalia), Rene? Auberjonois (Maraczek), Gavin Creel (Kodaly), Michael McGrath (Sipos) and Jane Krakowski (Ilona) in a new Broadway production of SHE LOVES ME, directed by Scott Ellis, choreographed by Warren Carlyle with musical direction by Paul Gemignani. This classic musical comedy features a book by Joe Masteroff, lyrics by Sheldon Harnick and music by Jerry Bock.

THE COMEDY OF ERRORS continues The Old Globe's 2015 Summer Shakespeare Festival as part of the Globe's 80th Anniversary festivities during the Balboa Park Centennial Celebration. With three shows on Broadway this year, Tony and Emmy Award nominee Scott Ellis makes his Globe debut directing one of William Shakespeare's most delightful confections. The Old Globe engagement began performances on August 16 and run through September 20, 2015, with opening night tomorrow, August 22 at 8:00 p.m., in the Lowell Davies Festival Theatre.
