Written by American Folklore Theatre's Fred Alley and James Valcq, THE SPITFIRE GRILL is the story of Percy, a feisty parolee who follows her dreams to a small town in Wisconsin. As the story unfolds, each resident of Gilead learns the true meaning of friends, family, and home.
