(UMC), in a collaboration with the New York Public Library for the Performing Arts, has released a recording of three songs from the little-known 1947 musical comedy Barefoot Boy With Cheek featuring performances by Jenn Colella (Chaplin, Closer Than Ever), Max von Essen (Evita, Death Takes a Holiday) and Robert Lenzi (South Pacific, Hello Again).

Casting for MOTEL RASDELL: A New Musical was announced today. Broadway all stars head up the show: Emma Hunton (Rent, Next To Normal, Spring Awakening), Tim Young (Next To Normal), Sarah Litzsinger (Amour, Beauty & The Beast), Alena Watters (Sister Act, The Addams Family, West Side Story) and Jonathan Hadley (Jersey Boys, A Class Act).Other cast members include John Gardiner (National Tours of Jersey Boys, The Lion King), Emily McNamara (Newsical the Musical, My Big Gay Italian Wedding), RJ Woessner (ABC's One Life to Live, NBC's The Sing-Off) Ryan Powell, Sami Horneff, Jamie Cook, and Justin Liebergen.

Tony and Olivier Award-winner John Caird (Les Misérables and Nicholas Nickleby), West End rising star Sam Caird, and Tony nominee Paul Gordon (Jane Eyre) recently arrived in Ventura to begin rehearsals for a new holiday musical entitled LITTLE MISS SCROOGE, which will be presented as a limited-run staged concert for Rubicon Theatre subscribers, December 12 through 23, 2012. These are some of the most haunting lyrics in Stephen Sondheim's ASSASSINS, now in production in the Quadracci Powerhouse at the Milwaukee Repertory Theater. These lyrics are sung by John Hinckley, Jr. with Lynette 'Squeaky' Fromme in their duet of "Unworthy of Your Love".

Assassins will be directed at The Milwaukee Rep by Artistic Director Mark Clements. This will be the third musical he has directed since he began his tenure at The Rep following last season's hit Next to Normal and Cabaret from his first season. With the selection of Assassins for the 2012/13 Season, Milwaukee Repertory Theater shows its commitment to continuing to produce full-scale musicals as part of its repertoire. Ten Chimneys Foundation has announced the ten actors who will participate in the 2012 Lunt- Fontanne Fellowship Program, a widely acclaimed national program to serve the future of American theatre. Today, July 22-July 29, the Lunt-Fontanne Fellows will join Broadway legend Joel Grey for an intensive, weeklong master class and immersion experience at Ten Chimneys, the National Historic Landmark estate of Broadway legends Alfred Lunt and Lynn Fontanne in Genesee Depot, Wisconsin.

Ten Chimneys Foundation has announced that Washington, D.C. actors E. Faye Butler, Christopher Bloch, and Brad Oscar have been selected as 2012 Lunt-Fontanne Fellows.

Tonight is the opening night of the Adirondack Theatre Festival's production of Next to Normal directed by Mark Fleischer, ATF's Artistic Producing Director. The Cast includes Broadway's Sarah Litzsinger as Diana, and Bret Shuford as Dr. Madden. Other Cast members include Billy Clark Taylor as Dan, Mandy Leigh Thompson as Natalie, and Noah Zachary as Henry.
