The Hollywood Reporter writes that ABC has picked up nine more episodes of its freshman comedy CRISTELA, giving the series a full first season.

Stage and screen actor Andrew Leeds will appear as a series regular in ABC's new family comedy CRISTELA, set to premiere on Friday, October 10, 2014.

ABC continues its commitment to world-class storytelling and new creative voices with the announcement of its 2014-15 slate of programming, including the addition of 12 new series.

Fans of 'The Fosters' will have the opportunity to chat live with cast and executive producers from the series during the East Coast and West Coast broadcasts of the series' Summer finale today, August 5th, from 9:00 - 10:00 p.m. ET/PT. 'The Fosters' executive producer Jennifer Lopez will be tweeting live with fans via her handle @JLo during the East Coast broadcast from 9:00 - 10:00 p.m. ET / 6:00 - 7:00 p.m. PT.
