Broadway's LES MISERABLES stars Adam Jacobs, who also recently appeared as Simba in Disney's THE LION KING, and Ali Ewoldt are reuniting on stage to perform before a predominantly Filipino-American audience at this year's "The Outstanding Filipino Americans in New York" (TOFA-NY) awarding rites at Carnegie Hall's Weill Recital Hall on Saturday, October 27, 2012 at 8 p.m.

In the comedy Here Comes the Boom, former collegiate wrestler Scott Voss (Kevin James) is a 42-year-old apathetic biology teacher in a failing high school. When cutbacks threaten to cancel the music program and lay off its teacher (Henry Winkler,) Scott begins to raise money by moonlighting as a mixed martial arts fighter. Everyone thinks Scott is crazy--most of all the school nurse, Bella (Salma Hayek)--but in his quest, Scott gains something he never expected as he becomes a sensation that rallies the entire school.

One year on from her triumphant concert at London's Royal Albert Hall, the Tony Award- winning star of Wicked and TV's Glee, Idina Menzel will return to the UK. Idina will play the West End's Apollo Theatre for one week only from Monday 8th to Sunday 14th October, followed by regional UK dates at Edinburgh's Usher Hall on Tuesday 16th October, and Manchester's Palace Theatre on Wednesday 17th October.

In anticipation of three-time Oscar-winning filmmaker Oliver Stone's return to the screen with the ferocious thriller Savages, the original motion picture soundtrack was released this week via iTunes. In stores as of July 3rd, the album features an eclectic group of musicians including legends such as Bob Dylan, Peter Tosh and Massive Attack, alongside the critically acclaimed Cut Copy and Yuna. Adam Peters, a former member of the groundbreaking band Echo and the Bunnymen, provides the unique dramatic score.
