Shakespeare's popularity shows no signs of flagging, even though his 450th birthday is approaching in 2014. For fans of the Bard, here is a look at productions currently playing across the nation, as well as a sneak peek at upcoming shows.

59E59 Theaters welcomes the Finborough Theatre production of J.B. Priestley's CORNELIUS, directed by Sam Yates, to Brits Off Broadway. Produced by Jagged Fence, Handsome Dog and 31 Productions, CORNELIUS began performances on Saturday, June 1 for a limited engagement through Sunday, June 30. 59E59 Theaters welcomes Sans A Productions with the New York City premiere of BEARS, written by Mark Rigney and directed by Kristin McCarthy Parker. BEARS begins performances on Thursday, March 14 for a limited engagement through Sunday, March 31. Press opening is Sunday, March 17 at 3:30 PM.
