Truebies will get their blood pumping when 13 cast members from the hit series True Blood kick off the new season with HBO's first-ever live broadcast from the set of Fangtasia.

The hit series TRUE BLOOD kicks off its ten-episode sixth season SUNDAY, JUNE 16 (9:00-10:00 p.m. ET/PT), exclusively on HBO, followed by other new episodes on subsequent Sundays at the same time.

HBO series TRUE BLOOD and GAME OF THRONES are confirmed for panels and autograph sessions, and Cinemax series Strike Back will have a panel and a screening at Comic-Con International: San Diego 2012.

The Emmy(R)-nominated TRUE BLOOD kicks off its 12-episode fifth season SUNDAY, JUNE 10 (9:00-10:00 p.m. ET/PT), exclusively on HBO, followed by other new episodes on subsequent Sundays at the same time. Mixing romance, suspense, mystery and humor, the show takes place in a world where vampires and humans co-exist, after vampires have come out of the coffin, thanks to the invention of mass-produced synthetic blood that means they no longer need humans as a nutritional source.

'The Convert' opened last night, April 19 at the Kirk Douglas Theatre. The show, written by Danai Gurira and directed by Emily Mann in co-production with McCarter Theatre Center and the Goodman Theatre, is a world premiere production running through May 19. MCC THEATER has announced that tickets will go on-sale Monday, October 3 at 10:00 a.m. for the remaining two productions of the company's 2011-2012 season: the world premiere of Wild Animals You Should Know and the newly reworked and fully re-imagined production of Carrie, the musical. Performances for Wild Animals You Should Know begin November 3, 2011. Performances for Carrie begin January 31, 2012. Both will be performed at the Lucille Lortel Theatre (121 Christopher Street, NYC).
