Originally published as a novel in 1927, Benighted was the first real introduction to the world of a then unknown J.B. Priestley. The world premiere of the stage adaptation of Benighted ties in with the Priestly Renaissance that is sweeping our stages.

Yesterday, Wilton's Music Hall officially reopened the public following four years of repair works to secure the long-term future of the building. As part of the Capital Project, which began with the repair of the main hall, Wilton's has now opened up 40% of the building which was previously inaccessible.
Following in the footsteps of Wilton's sell-out success with The Great Gatsby in 2012 and 2013, Peter Joucla returns to Wilton's Music Hall to direct The Sting this autumn. The cast will be led by Bob Cryer as Gondorff alongside Ross Forder as Hooker and John Chancer as Lonnegan.
