Casa 0101 Theater will present the World Premiere of "Trio Los Machos," with songs made famous by the singing group, Trio Los Panchos, at the new Casa 0101 Theater, 2102 E. First Street (at Louis Street), Boyle Heights, CA 90033 on Fridays and Saturdays at 8:00 p.m. and Sundays at 5:00 p.m., June 8 - July 8, 2012.

Iron Shoes previously announced the national tour dates for their production of Mad About the Boy. The production received its London première at the Unicorn Theatre on Saturday 12 May before embarking on a UK tour, now stopping in Oxford June 19-20, 2012.

Members of the Los Angeles Philharmonic will perform alongside woodwind students of YOLA at HOLA in a free neighborhood concert at St. Thomas the Apostle Church on tonight, May 14 at 8 p.m. LA Phil musicians Mitchell Newman, violin; Robert Vijay Gupta, violin; Ben Ullery, viola; Leticia Oaks Strong, viola; and Daniel Rothmuller, cello will perform Brahms' Hungarian Dance No. 5 and Holst's Jupiter (from The Planets) - both with YOLA at HOLA woodwind students. The evening is conducted by Emily Kubitskey.

Embracing his love of bad science fiction films of a bygone era, Tomasello has developed another sendup of horror staples. This time his attention has turned from Santa's workshop to the mad scientist's lab, where heads are rolling, a monster is on the loose, and even Hitler's head stops by for a visit.
