NBC Nixes Remaining Episodes of SAVING HOPE

NBC has dropped its plans to air the two remaining episodes of SAVING HOPE network sources have confirmed. Said installments - 'Ride Hard or Go Home' and 'Pink Clouds' - were originally slated for this Saturday, September 8 and September 15 at 8:00/7:00c. Encores of 'America's Got Talent' and 'The Voice' will instead air on those dates, respectively.

NBC Announces Series Premieres for Summer 2012

NBC unveiled premiere dates for three new and returning series for Summer 2012 that include the return of "Love in the Wild" (Thursday, June 7, 8-10 p.m. ET), the series debut of "Saving Hope" (working title; Thursday, June 7, 10-11 p.m. ET) and the return of G4's "American Ninja Warrior" (Monday, May 21, 9-11 p.m. ET).

The Smith Center Celebrates 10,000th Broadway Las Vegas Season Subscriber

The Smith Center for the Performing Arts reached an exciting milestone as the 10,000th Broadway Las Vegas season subscription package was purchased on December 16, 2011 by Las Vegas resident Gretta Woodington. The Smith Center aimed to have 50 percent of all available seats purchased by season ticket subscribers by the time the season begins in March, which is the general industry standard. As of today, The Smith Center has exceeded that goal and sold 63 percent of all available tickets, with three months left before the performing arts center is scheduled to open its doors.

The Smith Center for the Performing Arts Exceeds Season Ticket Sales Expectations

The inaugural Broadway Las Vegas series at The Smith Center finds early support from the community, as the first two weeks of season ticket sales exceed expectations. Broadway touring productions of THE COLOR PURPLE, Disney and Cameron Mackintosh's MARY POPPINS, MILLION DOLLAR QUARTET and MEMPHIS will be featured in the spring and summer of 2012.

The Smith Center to Partner with the Culinary Academy of Las Vegas

The Smith Center for the Performing Arts recently became the newest partner of the Culinary Academy of Las Vegas (formerly the Culinary Training Academy), awarding a service contract to provide food and beverage services for patrons of the performing arts center upon its March 2012 opening.

WICKED Tour to Stop at The Smith Center in 2012-2013 Broadway Series

WICKED, the smash hit musical, will kick off The Smith Center for the Performing Arts' 2012-2013 Broadway-subscription series with a limited six-week engagement. After breaking box office records and selling out across the country, WICKED has added The Smith Center to its 2012-2013 tour, with performances scheduled for August 29 - October 7, 2012.

The Smith Center Announces It Will Be Future Home of Children's Museum

Officials from Lied Discovery Children's Museum and The Smith Center for the Performing Arts announced today that Symphony Park will be the future home of the children's museum, where it will be able to expand the interactive, hands-on experiences it provides to the families of Southern Nevada.
