For over twenty-five years, the late Bradshaw Smith (Founder & Executive Producer of "Broadway Beat" and Applause Video) was the theater world's preeminent videographer, capturing over 1,000 performances on Broadway, off-Broadway, in cabaret halls and beyond that now, because of him, live on today. Bradshaw Smith died on January 16, 2012, at age 57, following a sudden and severe stroke. To conclude the intimate memorial, Bradshaw's longtime friend and editor, Jonathan Frank, compiled the best of Bradshaw's work as a video artist. Barrington Stage Company, the award-winning theatre in downtown Pittsfield, MA, under the leadership of Julianne Boyd, Artistic Director, and Tristan Wilson, Managing Director, will present the East coast premiere of The North Pool by Rajiv Joseph, a Pulitzer Prize finalist for Bengal Tiger at the Baghdad Zoo. Directed by Giovanna Sardelli, The North Pool will run July 26 through August 11 at BSC's St. Germain Stage (formerly Stage 2) with an Opening performance on Sunday, July 29 at 3pm. St. Germain Stage is located on the upper level of the Sydelle and Lee Blatt Performing Arts Center, 36 Linden Street, Pittsfield.

Also announced today: free nighttime screenings of The Goonies, Friday the 13th (2009) and Beetlejuice, presented by Flixster.

The cast of Rasaka's production features Chicago actors Mouzam Makkar and Tim Martin. Makkar, a graduate of the School at Steppenwolf, just finished a run in Sarah Ruhl's Melancholy Play with Grey Ghost Theatre. Recent Chicago credits include The Fever Chart: Four Visions of the Middle East (Eclipse Theatre), 1001 (Collaboraction), Here Where It's Safe (Stage Left Theatre, where she is an Ensemble Member), Twelfth Night (First Folio Theatre), Yoni Ki Baat (Rasaka Theatre), Cut to the Quick: Atom Smashers (the side project), and Seven (Silk Road Theatre). Martin, also a graduate of the School at Steppenwolf, was most recently seen in the touring production of Letters Home with Griffin Theatre. Other recent Chicago credits include Motion (Signal Ensemble), Lighthousekeeping (New Leaf Theatre), and Wreckage(Caffeine Theatre). In February 2013, he will be understudying the Chicago premiere of another Rajiv Joseph play, Bengal Tiger in the Baghdad Zoo, at Lookingglass.

Academy-award winning actor and comedian Robin Williams has signed on for a guest-starring role in the season opener of the FX acclaimed hit comedy WILFRED, starring Elijah Wood and Jason Gann. The season debut will air on June 28th at at 10:00 PM E/P.

The series premiere of FX's acquired comedy ANGER MANAGEMENT, starring Charlie Sheen kicks off June 28 with the first two episodes airing at 9:00 PM and 9:30 PM E/P.

The award-winning Vineyard Theatre will celebrate its 30th anniversary season after its enormously successful 2011-12 season - which included the acclaimed debuts of THE LYONS, OUTSIDE PEOPLE, NOW. HERE. THIS. and the developmental lab of THE LANDING - with new works by Douglas McGrath, Rajiv Joseph and Jenny Schwartz, to be produced during 2012-13, it was announced by Douglas Aibel, Artistic Director, and Sarah Stern, Co-Artistic Director.

Feinstein's at Loews Regency will continue its Spring 2012 season with the return engagement of pop music legend Peter Asher and his multimedia show "A Musical Memoir of the 60s and Beyond" from tonight, June 19 through June 23. When the program made its New York debut at Feinstein's last year, it played to packed houses and critical acclaim. The two-time Grammy Award winner for "Producer of the Year" first rose to international acclaim through the global smash 'World Without Love' as one half of the British Invasion duo Peter & Gordon, Peter moved effortlessly to Music Executive with The Beatles' Apple Records, then famously to producer and manager, handling the careers of James Taylor, Linda Ronstadt and a host of others. Among his more recent projects is the upcoming Dreamworks movie Madagascar 3: Europe's Most Wanted. In addition to producing the soundtrack, he performs the film's only original song "Love Always Comes As A Surprise," co-written with Dave Stewart of the Eurythmics, which he will also perform at Feinstein's.

Brad Pitt wins four awards including the 'Biggest Big Daddy Of Them All' for receiving the most overall votes of all of the nominees in the BIG DADDY AWARDS, it was announced today. Pitt also won the 'Current Movie Big Daddy,' 'Do-Gooder Big Daddy' and was voted one of three celebrities to be added to the 'Movie Dad Hall of Fame.'

Goodspeed Musicals will proudly honor the Hoffman Auto Group on Saturday, August 11, 2012 with the very first Goodspeed Musicals Arts & Business Partnership Award. Goodspeed will also honor Emmy and Tony-Award winner Kristin Chenoweth with The Goodspeed Award for Outstanding Contribution to Musical Theatre.

Taking a page out of its sister network FOX's playbook for Glee and New Girl, FX will offer viewers a Special Preview Episode of its hit comedy series Wilfred for viewing across multiple platforms over a two-week period beginning today, June 14 in advance of the series' official season two premiere launch on Thursday, June 28.
