'Never the Sinner' is directed by three-time Emmy Award-Winning actress Cady McClain. It stars veteran actor Trent Dawson of General Hospital and As the World Turns and prominent Westchester playwright and actor Albi Gorn, most recently of Tuesdays with Morrie.
Mr. Gorn's distinctive voice vibrates with wry humor, a supple command of language, and fascination with the insoluble puzzle of our being. Mordant musings about the wonder and woes of earthly existence are leavened by playful shtick that, far from disrupting the story, puts a shine on it.
Glass Ceiling Breakers, a festival showcasing the work of women playwrights with seven one-act plays, will run the weekend of June 21 -23 at the Depot Theatre in Garrison, NY.
