Dutch Kills Theater's Immersive Show TEMPING Begins Previews in October

Dutch Kills Theater (In Quietness, The Sister, The Providence of Neighboring Bodies) will present Wolf 359's TEMPING an interactive, immersive and site specific solo theatrical experience. It is written by Michael Yates Crowley (The Rape of the Sabine Women, The Ted Haggard Monologues) and directed by Michael Rau.

44th Bay Area Playwrights Festival 2021 Open Play Applications

The 44th annual Bay Area Playwrights Festival (BAPF) runs July 17-25, 2021 with playwrights invited to apply in September through October 16th, 2020. The Crossing to Premiere Michael Gordon's TRAVEL GUIDE TO NICARAGUA

Grammya"?-winning new-music choir The Crossing, led by Donald Nally, gives the world premiere performances of Michael Gordon's Travel Guide to Nicaragua with cellist Maya Beiser in presentations by co-commissioners, the Annenberg Center on Sunday, March 22, 2020 at 7:00pm in Philadelphia and Carnegie Hall on Wednesday, March 25, 2020 at 7:30pm in New York City. Before the Carnegie Hall performance on March 25, Donald Nally and Michael Gordon will have a 6:30pm pre-concert conversation with John Schaefer, host of WNYC's New Sounds and Soundcheck.

A.R.T. Raises Record-Breaking $1.4 Million At April 1 Gala

The American Repertory Theater (A.R.T.) at Harvard University, under the leadership of Terrie and Bradley Bloom Artistic Director Diane Paulus and Executive Producer Diane Borger, raised a record $1.4 million in support of the theater's artistic, community, and education programs at its annual fundraising gala held last Monday, April 1. More than 500 guests attended the event at the Boch Center Wang Theatre that celebrated Paulus' 10th anniversary season and honored Harvard President Emerita Drew Gilpin Faust with the theater's Angel Award.
