Nevada Conservatory Theatre to Premiere New Musical ACE in Concert, 8/22-23

The Nevada Conservatory Theatre (NCT) will present the new musical "ACE" in a fully-staged concert setting for two performances only on Saturday and Sunday, August 22 and 23, 2015 at 1 p.m. in the Judy Bayley Theatre.  This special concert presentation is a benefit for the NCT with all proceeds going to help fund the ongoing work of the prestigious cultural institution.

Performers from the top Las Vegas Strip shows, the brightest young stars of the Nevada Conservatory Theatre (NCT) and a full orchestra present a concert presentation of the new musical 'Ace'. 

ATC Extends THE PROJECT(S)

To accommodate high demand for tickets, American Theater Company (ATC) has extended the run of its critically acclaimed world premiere The Project(s) four weeks through June 21, 2015. Conceived, co-written and directed by ATC Artistic Director PJ Paparelli and co-written by Joshua Jaeger, The Project(s) was initially scheduled to close on May 24. The documentary play about the history of public housing in Chicago features an ensemble cast of Linda Bright Clay, Stephen Conrad Moore, Omar Evans, Kenn E. Head, Joslyn Jones, Penelope Walker, Anji White and Eunice Woods. Single tickets for The Project(s) range from $43-$48 and are now on sale at the ATC box office at 773-409-4125 or www.atcweb.org. A select number of free tickets are available at each performance for all former and current public housing residents. Interested residents can call ATC at 773-409-4125 for more details.

ATC to Bring THE PROJECT(S) 'The Project(s)to Cabrini-Green & Wentworth Gardens

American Theater Company (ATC) announces a special community tour of The Project(s), a world premiere documentary play about the history of public housing in Chicago, to the Cabrini-Green and Wentworth Gardens neighborhoods this month. Free public performances will be held at Edward Jenner Elementary Academy of the Arts on May 17 at 6 p.m. and Wentworth Gardens Field house on May 24 at 5 p.m. Seating for both performances will be available on a first come, first served basis.

McDonald/Selznick Associates presents the 2015 MSA Emerging Choreographers' Showcase today, February 27, 2015 in New York City featuring the work of choreographers Al Blackstone, Adam Cates, Sean McKnight, and Rachelle Rak. Official: Netflix Picks Up LONGMIRE Season 4; Will Air Next Year

Netflix, the world's leading Internet TV network, has ordered a fourth season of the hit drama Longmire, from Warner Horizon Television. Ten new episodes of the series will premiere exclusively in the US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand in 2015.

HIP HOP NUTCRACKER Set for United Palace, 12/7

Holiday magic is coming to New York City's most enchanting theatre when The Hip Hop Nutcracker makes its debut at the United Palace, Manhattan's 4th largest theatre, on Sunday, December 7 at 5pm. The Hip Hop Nutcracker is directed and choreographed by Jennifer Weber of the Brooklyn-based all femalle hip-hop company Decadancetheatre, and is adapted to contemporary New York City by Mike Fitelson. The production is set to Tchaikovsky's The Nutcracker with hip hop interludes remixed and re-imagined by DJ Boo and violinist Filip Pogády.
