After only two days into the Thanksgiving weekend, TWILIGHT has continued its grasp upon the box office. Analysts project that the franchise finale will net an additional $60 million by the weekend's end.
The final installment in the TWILIGHT saga has officially been release - signaling the end of an era for some. BREAKING DAWN Part 2 debuted strong, taking in $141.3 million and the top spot at the weekend box office - though didn't break the franchise's box office record. That title belongs to the second film in the saga, NEW MOON, which took in $154 million its opening weekend in 2009.
