It's back - the funny, smart, and irreverent musical Nerds! Philadelphia Theatre Company revisits the musical satire Nerds with book and lyrics by Jordan Allen-Dutton and Erik Weiner, music by Hal Goldberg, and a brand new cast and creative team. Directed by Casey Hushion with choreography by Joshua Bergasse, the ensemble features Stanley Bahorek, Matt Bradley, Briana Carlson-Goodman, Benny Elledge, Lexy Fridell, Raymond J. Lee, Alyse Alan Louis, Robert Morrison, Kevin Pariseau, Catherine Ricafort, and Blake Segal.

The Museum of Modern Art will pay tribute to the legacy of the legendary gallerist and collector Ileana Sonnabend (1914-2007) with an exhibition of works that were shown in her galleries in Paris and New York from the 1960s through 1980s, revealing her extraordinarily prescient selection of new artists of the time. Ileana Sonnabend: Ambassador for the New, on view from December 21, 2013, through April 21, 2014, celebrates the Sonnabend family's generous gift in 2012 of Robert Rauschenberg's Combine painting Canyon (1959) to MoMA, and salutes Sonnabend's commitment to introducing groundbreaking art to the public.

Andrea Rosen Gallery will be postponing the opening of its Cellblock I & Cellblock II exhibition, curated by Robert Hobbs, that was scheduled to open on November 3rd. At this stage, the gallery is hopeful to be back open in approximately two-to-three weeks' time. The gallery will send an updated announcement as it learns more information. Materializing 'Six Years': Lucy R. Lippard and the Emergence of Conceptual Art, the first exhibition to explore the impact of the feminist writer, curator, and activist Lucy R. Lippard on the Conceptual art movement, will be on view at the Brooklyn Museum September 14, 2012, through February 3, 2013. Using Lippard's influential 1973 book Six Years, which catalogued and described the emergence of Conceptual art in the late sixties and early seventies, as a critical and chronological framework, the exhibition illustrates the dynamics of Lippard's key role in redefining how exhibitions were created, viewed, and critiqued during that era of transition.
